XOOK REFERRAL PROGRAM

Effective Date: 1/24/2021

• You agree to Xook Terms and Conditions.
• You will get 10% commission on the revenue generated by Xook on every business you refer for 2 years. You will get commission only after a business is successfully onboarded to Xook. The commission will expire on 2 years of business onboard date.
  For example: If you refer a business and business generates revenue of $100 per month. You will receive 10% of $100 = $10 every month for 2 years.
• You will be paid commission after a threshold of $50.00 is met. Whenever the commission amount is more than $50.00, you will get paid. You will get paid once a month.
• You understand and agree that this is not an employment offer. You are not an employee of Xook.
• You are 18 years or older.
• You are a legal United States Resident.
• You agree that commission can not be transferred to another person or entity.
• You are responsible for your Tax obligation. Xook will not withhold or deal with anything with your taxes.
• You will not misrepresent your identity or affiliation to anyone in connection with Xook.
• You will not use any Xook trademark or service mark in any manner without Xook's prior written consent
• You agree that we may contact you, including by phone, email, text or postal mail, using the contact information you provide us, make publicly available, or that we have on our record, and that our communications (including phone calls) with you may be monitored and recorded for quality purposes
• Xook reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your referral account and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
